6. Sistemas de Equações Lineares

6.4 Método da matriz inversa (vídeo)

Consideremos o sistema de equações lineares $Ax=b$ onde $A$ é uma matriz quadrada invertível de ordem $n$. Então

$Ax=b \Leftrightarrow A^{-1}AX=A^{-1}b\Leftrightarrow I_nX=A^{-1}b\Leftrightarrow X=A^{-1}b$.

Com base neste fato, podemos obter a solução do sistema de equações lineares com a fórmula \[Ax=b \Leftrightarrow X=A^{-1}b.\]

Denominamos este método por método da matriz inversa.

Vídeo Exemplo:

O sistema $\left\{ \begin{array}{l}
2{x_1} + 5{x_2} = 3 \\
4{x_1} + 9{x_2} = 7 \\
\end{array} \right.$ pode ser escrito na forma matricial $AX=b$ onde

$A = \left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
2 & 5 \\
4 & 9 \\
\end{array}} \right]$, $X = \left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
{{x_1}} \\
{{x_2}} \\
\end{array}} \right]$ e $b = \left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
3 \\
7 \\
\end{array}} \right]$.

Como $A^{-1}=\left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
-\frac{9}{2} & \frac{5}{2} \\
2 & -1 \\
\end{array}} \right]$ então $X=A^{-1}b\Leftrightarrow \left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
{{x_1}} \\
{{x_2}} \\
\end{array}} \right]=\left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
-\frac{9}{2} & \frac{5}{2} \\
2 & -1 \\
\end{array}} \right]\left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
3 \\
7 \\
\end{array}} \right]=\left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}
4 \\
-1 \\
\end{array}} \right]$

e $S=\{(4,-1)\}$.
